Thank you Tiffany. The original scan was as a Standard scan. In the activity monitor, there were listed a handful of versions of the same image, made by the theme for different uses. They were among the most recent images I uploaded. I just now ran a scan at High Sensitivity, and the images did not show up as a problem. I’m thinking this is a non-issue.

In reply to: [Manual Image Crop] Croped Image doesn't saveI’ve run into the same problem of what looks like the plugin not working, then I remember this happened to me over a year ago. My solution was to do all my cropping, then hit ESC key instead of the X in the plugin popup box. Somehow ESC then saves the new crop, while closing the box with X does not.

In reply to: [ShareThis: Free Sharing Buttons and Tools] Show on Home page (Category)whoops, yes, should have done that in the first place:
http://www.stageandcinema.com/
the home page is a category page. It and all “category” pages do not display the share this buttons, while individual posts do. According to the site owner, Share this was showing up on the home page before I updated it.
Thanks for taking a look

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WordPress Backup & Migration Plugin] Uploads not ignoredHi Dhutbourne,
Thanks. I went to settings page, checked the uploads box, saved settings then unchecked the uploads box again and saved settings, all without errors in the console.
Ran a backup and it ran as expected. All directories except Uploads. Hurrah.
Thanks for your help.

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WordPress Backup & Migration Plugin] Uploads not ignoredThank you David,
The log file is here:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/44801530/log.0f9d11495c8b.txtOK, I’ve found what might be the problem. I have a couple dozen sites I manage, and found that the problem was isolated to a particular server on one of my hosting accounts. It turns out that the php version for all those was PHP 5.5, and websites on other servers are running PHP 5.6. When I upgraded to 5.6 on those sites, the UpdraftPlus plugin would then update. Accomplished this on two sites so far, both success.

In reply to: [Manual Image Crop] Saving streched imagesTomasz, I upgraded to v1.12 and cropped a couple fotos. The stretching issue present in v1.11 is fixed. Hurray. Thank you.
This is a fantastic plugin and I would happily send a donation for the time and effort it has saved me. Is there a paypal email for that? Or some other method?

In reply to: [Manual Image Crop] Saving streched imagesI was having the same problem. Images were stretched instead of cropped with MIC V1.11. I reverted back to V1.10 and it is working properly.
Tomasz, I love your plugin. I think it should be part of the core WP installation as their cropping tool leaves much to be desired. I hope you get this sorted out.

In reply to: [Manual Image Crop] Not working for meTomasz,
I was having problems too. It appeared that even though I received “cropped successful” message, when I closed the popup window after making my crop (using the “x” in upper right to close), the image crop did not change. However, I then tried clicking “ESC” after making my crops successfully, then all of them where saved. I have a screen shot of the popup window, which I can show you that there is no “save button” only the X. I’m using Mac Firefox, and keep it updated. Now that I know how to work it, this is seriously my favorite plugin of all time. Point me to a Paypal donate button and I’ll be happy to click it.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Manual Image Crop] Images not savingHi, I was having that same problem: got confirmation that the crop was successful. Then, the only indicator in the popup box where the cropping takes place was an x in the upper right. There was no Save button. After many failures I finally tried “esc” instead of hitting the “X” and that exited the popup and saved my crops.
OK, I was re-reading another forum post:
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-custom-sidebars-custom-sidebar-on-single-postThat said the custom sidebar didn’t work until calling for the sidebar() in the single.php. My single.php already has that call but if I add sidebar( ‘right’ ) then my custom sidebar shows up.

In reply to: [Plugin: Promotion Slider] Can't access Featured_image module.OK,thanks Micah.
The plugins were not the problem. It is the theme: Esplanade, which has a slider of its own, but it only works on a blog page. I want it on a static page which is why I found your plugin. Unless you have some good advice, I’ll either try another theme, or see if I can find a work-around with Esplanade.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Plugin: Promotion Slider] Can't access Featured_image module.Hi, I have the exact same problem as weirdcity. Installed Promotion_Slider 3.3.1 in latest WP installation (without Network). The Featured image module did not show up anywhere. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the pluggin. Still no options to choose Featured image.
