Thanks for your support! We have the same problem although I am not sure whether it is a problem or a “feature”. The remainder of the ( partial) listed log entries for another order actually demonstrate that sendle is calculating the cost. From the log entries it looks like you are not performing the sendle processing when the order is pickup but yet, the pickup order is listed in Sendle. Is this in case the customer wants to change their mind.
