 * This is not something that can be fixed, as our theme is custom made for a larger
   brand standard across multiple sites. Unfortunately, we will not be able to use
   the plugin because of this.

 * The previous thread was marked as resolved and (though still subscription) was
   an unrelated issue.
 * I am assuming your response means that there isn’t a way to prevent the plugin
   from drawing in their wordpress.com accounts and that each user much individually
   change their emails associated with their accounts?
 * The confirmation email is not necessarily the issue. The users have not been 
   receiving the emails that they subscription is for.
