Please provide us with the following information for further investigation of your case.- The Quiz Maker version you are using.
- The link, where the given quiz is located.
- Please clarify what image exactly you are referring to that can’t be edited.
- Also, please click on the F12 key, open your Console > Error tab, and screenshot it. Then, provide us with the screenshot so that we can check the availability of errors.

Thank you for the topic.
Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have your mentioned option.
The plugin has the <strong>Disable data storing in database</strong> feature, with the help of which, the results of all quiz takers will not be stored on the Database.
So, you can go to the <strong>Quizzes > particular quiz > Results Settings tab</strong> and tick this option.See the screenshot below:

We checked and noticed that you are using a Cache plugin.
See the screenshot below:
It is not possible for you to delete the popup and it will appear again on your website.
The problem comes from the Cache generated on your site.So, please <strong>clear all the caches</strong> and make sure the cache is <strong>excluded</strong> on the page where the given popup is enabled.
After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the <strong>Incognito mode or another browser/device.</strong>Thank you.

1. Yes, at the moment, unfortunately, there is no such feature available for usage.
By the way, thanks a lot for your suggestion. All suggestions are welcomed as they are mutually beneficial for all of us.
I will let you know in case we include this kind of feature in one of the future updates.
2. I want to mention, that you can add the link to the Result Message option as it is a WP Editor and achieve your desired result.

As it is an old version, it is not compatible with the latest WordPress version.So, you need to update the plugin to the latest version and check the case that way.
