 * Version 4.15.21 looks good : logged in registered WP users can subscribe / renew
   memberships, anonymous visitors cannot if not allowed.
 * Thank you for this quick fix !

 * Yes your analysis points us to a conflict between events_calendar and a membership
   plugin. At this community site we try to restrict access to registered users
   and WP is not good at this. For instance restricted access to events or it’s
   API is not provided nor possible, we live with this but we use a membership plugin
   for other contents. This membership plugin had a security fix a couple of days
   ago which probably breaks events_calendar when it detects an API call, maybe
   this hits an access control specific only to this site, we will check. I noticed
   a fugitive warning in the WP dasboard about events_calendar not being able to
   access his REST API endpoint, I didn’t mention it because I checked that the
   API URL is accessible from a browser when connected, when not you get the error
   code from the membership plugin in your post. However the calendar page is unresponsive
   whether connected or unconnected.
 * Thank you so much for your help, the issue is resolved as far as events_calendar
   is concerned.

 * Thank you for your answer. We thought about caching but this small site uses
   none and we could not find in the guides something else we could use. If an event
   export was available we would try uninstall / reinstall the 2 plugins and import
   back our events, the tickets / RSVP are not used here.

 * The site language is set to French so WP and all plugins are localized in French

 * OK, the reference  `{@post_modified}` in the POD template will be replaced with
   the shortcode `[datetime]` whose php code you were so kind to share allows full
   control of the post ‘date modified’ display format.
 * Many thanks !

 * Hi Darian,
 * The site was created on PHP 7.4 from a ready made template : WP 6.2 core > Kadence
   Theme + K Blocks + K Template Plugins > Children Museum > install Full Site,
   plus some service plugins (backup, security, …) everything up to date.
 * Good news : while preparing this answer on a staging site, Event Tickets upgraded
   from version 5.6.0.1 to 5.6.0.2 and now the RSVP block can be be configured with
   a fixed price = 0 no ecommerce and shows up as expected in the front office.
 * Our problem seems solved, it’s a nice plugin and even better with the new email
   settings.
 * Thanks again for your time !
 * Regards

 * Hi [@tristan083](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tristan083/),
 * Thanks for looking to our issue.
 * You say : _When using the block editor, I am able to see both Ticket and RSVP
   blocks, with the latter showing the message “There is no RSVP configured” and
   the former showing the message “There is no e-commerce available” (expected behavior).
   Are you saying you only see the ticket block?_
 * The RSVP feature works fine indeed with free events and no tickets when using
   a fresh WordPress 6.2.2 running Twenty Twenty-One theme, The Events Calendar
   6.1.1 and Events Tickets 5.6.0. The backoffice event creation GUI has the classic
   WP look with all the possible fields displayed.
 * When using our production theme the backoffice event creation GUI has the Gutenberg
   block look and the RSVP block, when configured for free events with no tickets,
   is either “not currently active” or when edited retains the settings (seats,
   dates etc.) but the “Update RSVP” button is grey inactive. The RSVP block is
   never displayed in the Front Office, so no reservation possible. With Twenty
   Twenty-Three the backoffice look is classic but the price cannot be configured
   to 0 and the RSVP does not show in Front Office.
 * So this new expected behaviour in Event Tickets and Registration 5.6.0 “_There
   is no payment gateway configured. To create tickets, you’ll need to enable and
   configure an ecommerce solution_” is a problem for us as we do not have nor need
   a valid ecommerce solution for our free events and our visitors can no longer
   register.
 * We will stay for the moment with the previous Events and Tickets versions without
   the nice enhancements and appreciate any advice.

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for your answer and this useful information. At restoration updraft
   signaled that the set may be incomplete and files were indeed missing, so I looked
   in the log. The cause could be my error when manually downloading the set.
 * Not very easy to sort things out in the log as seen in another backup [log](http://ovh.to/jgirg6X)
   including the list of files in the backup set on gdrive.
 * Best regards,
 * Andrei

 * Thanks Cais, no need to start a new topic.
 * The gallery management works again after applying your both workarounds :
    –
   the filter (to “drop” into the plugin functions.php and not in the WP core functions.
   php …) corrects the thumbs links – the commented line in nggallery.php corrects
   the picture links
 * A future permanent fix would be nice for our server environment : basic shared
   Linux web hosting and ubuntu 14.04 LT for tests.
 * Thanks again

 * Followup report of a similar problem : picture and thumb links are broken in
   gallery management 2.0.79. Broken links show plusses (+) instead of spaces in
   the picture file name « xx+yy.jpg » instead of « xx yy.jpg ». The pictures are
   displayed correctly in the blog pages but no more possible changes.
 * I tried the suggested Cais workarounds : comment line in plugin code does nothing
   and filter add in wp-includes/functions.php yields a mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal
   error: Call to undefined function add_filter(), which I am not knowledgeable
   enough to fix.
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated
