Personally, I’ve tried sending to the client’s email (which is hosted at GoDaddy), my email (which is hosted at 1&1), Hotmail, and Gmail. I’ve been having the same issues, no matter which email the form is sending to. * And for me at least, at the end of the day, it’s a moot point. The contact form MUST email my client at their address. Doesn’t seem to make a difference. * I AM getting emails from Contact Form 7, but like ninjojo, it’s taking anywhere from 45-90 minutes to receive them. * 2. I looked at Mike’s suggestion of using his plugin, Fast Secure Contact Form( [http://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/](http://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/)) but it doesn’t suit my needs. I need a contact form with lots of different fields, radio buttons, etc. That’s why I like Contact Form 7 – easy to use, but powerful. * 3. I had a look at Wufoo, and this might be a good alternative. I can’t really tell, but I think Shazen is right in that Wufoo will host the form over at their site. That doesn’t really matter to me, so I’m going to give this another look. * And finally, yes rjdougan – you seem to have gotten the furthest with GoDaddy tech support. Please let us know how it goes. I can send you links, but they won’t send an email to you – I don’t have it set up that way. I have the forms just send an email to the client – not to the person who filled out the form. That line of code isn’t necessarily bad, but it’s not compatible with them. They want things to run through their solution – their PHP Form Mailer. * Since you don’t know how to write code, I would suggest you either: * 1. Find someone who can write you a contact form from scratch using GoDaddy’s PHP Form Mailer. BUT – shazen suggests above that even this might not be a good solution, as he/she tried it and it didn’t work. * 2. Switch hosting companies * 3. So this isn’t necessarily an issue with Contact Form 7 – it’s an issue with GoDaddy. * I’m finding that Contact Form 7 is working for me, but it takes anywhere from 15-60 minutes to receive the emails. * GoDaddy won’t touch this with a 10-foot pole, as it’s not using their PHP Form Mailer. * So I figure there are two solutions (and neither of them are great): * 1. Keep trying with Contact Form 7 (or any other WordPress plugin) but expect dodgy results * 2. Or, build your own contact form using GoDaddy’s PHP Form Mailer. You might have to hire someone to do this for you if you don’t know how. * For now, I’m trying to work with what’s there, and monitor the situation.
