 * How can I implement a different nextDayThreshold in Pretty Google Calendar? Tried
to go to the .js files for fullcalendar within the plugin, but editing the threshold
where I could find it in there didn’t do anything.

 * I believe it has to do with this.

 * So, if I have an event that I set the times over night, it shows up multiple
times on the calendar, not as one single date. To solve that, I just made all
my events ALL DAY, which is inconvenient. Still, if I had an event that was multiple
date, it’d show up as multiple single incidences rather than one consolidated
date, which would be ideal. I.e. the screenshot below shows up as multiple single
date entries for May 17, May 18, May 19, & May 20. Ideally it would show as one
entry with the dates May 17–20. The same is true of an event if it started May
17 at 9pm and ran until May 18 at 2am, it would be listed as two individual instances,
May 17 9pm–12am and May 18 12am–2am, when it would be better as just May 17 9pm–
   2am.
