 * Hi Bowo,
   I asked the provider to clear their own cache for me – and now it is
   working again. I couldn’t really understand the error-log files, although it 
   was clear, that something was wrong – even to me. ; ) Thanks you for responding
   so quickly!

   Sorry, I forgot this: when I try uploading the downloaded backup files again,
   I get the message “The backup already exists in target folder.” Which makes sense,
   as I have already uploaded them. They just don’t show. I changed nothing in the
   backend before experiencing this issue, no new plugins or settings, nothing.

 * After 4 weeks I cancelled my subscription. Even thought the customer service 
   replied quickly, the answers where often not accurate enough, as if they didn’t
   read the question thoroughly. It was a very bumpy ride in the end, lost so much
   time.

 * I am experiencing the same issue (Button not linking to anchor widget but to 
   top of the page), but the provided solution sadly did not work for me.
 * Is there any other way to tackle the problem?
