I asked the provider to clear their own cache for me – and now it is working again. I couldn’t really understand the error-log files, although it was clear, that something was wrong – even to me. ; )

Sorry, I forgot this: when I try uploading the downloaded backup files again, I get the message “The backup already exists in target folder.” Which makes sense, as I have already uploaded them.
They just don’t show.
I changed nothing in the backend before experiencing this issue, no new plugins or settings, nothing.After 4 weeks I cancelled my subscription. Even thought the customer service replied quickly, the answers where often not accurate enough, as if they didn’t read the question thoroughly. It was a very bumpy ride in the end, lost so much time.

I am experiencing the same issue (Button not linking to anchor widget but to top of the page), but the provided solution sadly did not work for me.
Is there any other way to tackle the problem?
