This can happen with shared hosting. * Can you get in touch with them and see if they can find any issues? I understand that you are concerned about the reviews and that is a valid point. * Let me assure you that we are constantly working on improving the extension based on the feedback that we receive in support and also on the reviews. * If you do not want to switch, that is fine. At the moment the current PayPal Checkout extension that you are using will keep working as usual.
