 * Where do I do this? I will if I could find it. I considered it last time but 
   there was not a spot to change the star rating. – DONE you have to add #postform
   to the end of the address in the address bar while reviewing the plugin main 
   page.

 * The site still works. Deactivating/Deleting plugin results in settings are still
   there. If the plugin has the ability to edit the DB why does it not has the ability
   to remove the settings?
