I don’t know how it could be a server issue as well if it has been working all this time and we haven’t changed emails or servers recently. Long sorry short, the rep added the sending server from our contact form in the safe senders list and configured the inbound connector. We have been using this contact form for months now and we really LOVE it — the form fits nicely in our sidebar, the overall form is very pleasing to the eye compared to others, and it gives us specifics about the inquiries ( page, location, etc.) where other forms make you pay for that. All in all, it’s great! * However, we’ve noticed within the past month or so that we’ve been getting spam up to 5-10+ times a day through our contact form. This has never happened before, until now.
