 * I realize this thread is several months old but I just started using KingComposer
   and wanted to share the method I found for this in case it helps any future seekers
   of knowledge.
    1. Create a row
    2. Set a video background
    3. Create an inner row
    4. Set a rgba background for the overlay color
    5. Put all content into inner row
 * You may need to play with height and padding on the rows. The equal height setting
   seems to take care of most issues.
 * I am not experiencing the loop problem Niki Bilejn described.
