 * I’m having the same issues. I removed the plugin via FTP. Site still will not
load properly, and no admin access at all.

 * Ok, so until the change has propagated when I view the dashboard it is going
to still indicate that it’s using ns1.wordpress.com, etc.
 * So, then the install itself via bluehost is in essence the same install I would
get downloading and installing wordpress from here?
 * Sorry for consuming so much of your time with what might seem redundant! I’ve
got about 14 tabs open across 2 screens and have a little information overload!
I appreciate all the support though!

 * Here’s my other issues then I guess. My site is currently viewable, however,
it still refers me to the wordpress.com dashboard although I have tried to write
over the blog with a fresh install through bluehost. The blog itself on the wordpress.
com side is not a deletable blog because it was tied to the original domain registration
for my site. I’m not really sure where to go from here to be honest. I want to
be able to utilize only wordpress.org, and after that 43 day period, fully transfer
   my domain to bluehost.
