We encountered an empty gallery for a few seconds just once, so we’ll check this particular case to determine the underlying cause. We do have some issue with the preview of the Extended album. Unfortunately, now it only allows bringing media from the Instagram account of the user, which is authenticated in Instagram Feed WD plugin. It is not possible to fetch feeds from other public accounts. * Instagram Feed WD does not have control over Instagram API. However, in the newest version of the plugin, we have implemented an alternate solution, which allows you to authenticate multiple users and create their feeds. * Please try to authenticate with your account.
