 * Hi,
Thanks for your reply, and sorry for the delay — I’ve been unwell.
 * Yes, by default WooCommerce doesn’t include a VAT ID (NIP) field. This field
is added by a plugin that also generates invoices. The invoicing system I use
is called wFirma ([https://wfirma.pl](https://wfirma.pl/)), and the plugin for
WordPress was developed by a Polish company called WP Desk: [https://www.wpdesk.pl/sklep/wfirma-woocommerce/](https://www.wpdesk.pl/sklep/wfirma-woocommerce/)
 * This issue only occurs on one specific site: onlvnemarketingclub.pl. I use the
same invoicing setup (wFirma + the WP Desk plugin) on other websites, and everything
   works fine there.
 * Here’s a screen recording showing the problem: I change the first name in an
order, click save, but after refreshing the page, the changes are gone.

 * I’ve also tested for plugin conflicts by disabling them one by one — unfortunately,
   that didn’t help either.
 * Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

 * Sorry, it was my mistake. It turns out that the coupon is applied. However, it
doesn’t show in the order summary for the customer—it only applies the discount
when the payment is processed from the card.
 * This is a subscription platform. The first day is a free trial, and the payment
is charged after 24 hours. The coupons are set to give 40% commission per recurring
order for the affiliate and a 10% discount for the customer.
 * It’s quite inconvenient that the discount doesn’t appear for the customer in
   the cart.
