 * Use Poedit, payd version auto translates and you just correct the translation,
   after that, upload to the languages folder on the File system with your language
   with the same name as the core language.

 * If you uncheck all options and install the pugin Resumes it allows you for the
   candidate to aplly with resume.
    Me i´m having an issue on the candidate notification
   of when he apply´s. No email going out :/
