 * I should tell you, it was working without any problem until 3 days ago. and in
   this time we did not install any other plugin in there, i don’t think it is conflict
   with other plugins.
    Anyway, i deactivated all plugins, the problem did not solve.
   Sorry for bother you, plz help us.

 * i uploaded plugin by Filezilla and then activated, but the problem exist yet.!

    what is your mean by ftp? you mean first i should download
   and then upload by ftp ?
