 * Hi 3minuteslate,
 * First of all, please log in to your site and go to:
    Settings > Reading
 * You will see a setting called “For each article in a feed, show” where you can
   select either:
    – full text – summary
 * Choose summary and then click “Save changes”.
 * If your theme is set up to show post summaries, that may be all you need to do.
 * Give that a try first and see what happens.
 * Best,
 * – Ash

 * Ah, you’re totally right about that. I was thinking about it backwards.
 * Hopefully the plugin in the forum topic linked above will be of some use to you.

 * Actually, there may be an easier solution still. I just noticed this:
 * In the widget admin area, go to the Top Posts widget and next to the widget’s
   Save button is a Visibility button.
 * Here you get fine control over what shows up.
 * In your case, you might set visibility to the following if you only want to block
   your front page:
 * > “Hide” if: “Page” is “Front page”
 * Hope that helps.
 * Best,
 * – Ash

 * Hi wanderinglawyer,
 * I haven’t seen an official setting to specifically block pages or even certain
   pages from appearing.
 * You might try the plugin suggested by kishan112 in [this forum topic](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-just-show-top-posts-in-the-top-posts-pages-widget-1?replies=5).
   I haven’t tried it myself, but that plugin apparently blocks all pages from appearing
   in the widget, instead showing only posts.
 * Best,
 * – Ash
