 * Thank you for your reply.
 * The problem was solved when i replied on the ticket using the support agent account,
   which means that new tickets will not show to the user until it’s status is changed
   or a comment is added by the agent, how can i show the new tickets to the user?
 * I have a second question which is related to polylang,
    My default language is“
   Arabic” and your plugin is working great on both english and arabic but i’m facing
   a problem that when an english user clicks on “my tickets” he is redirected to
   the Arabic page. I believe the problem might be that we are not given the option
   to select multiple pages to be “tickets list” page under settings>plugin pages
   unlike the “ticket submission” option which allows to select multiple pages.
 * I would really appreciate your assistance in both points.
