 * Is there a phone number I can call? My company needs this fixed asap. It is still
   doing the error even though I removed the advanced shipping option for free shipping
   48+ bottles.

 * Hi, I am not sure what you mean about the rate being published. I tested it logged
   in as solely a “Doctor” and not an admin. I have tried different versions of 
   the condition with the same result.

 * How I set it up & the shipping error goes away when I remove this but obviously
