    Yes – we have “WooCommerce PayPal Payments Advanced Gateway”
   installed & active (version 1.3 – which is the latest available). I’ll try to
   reach out to the support for those areas directly.
 * Is there any way to ‘roll-back’ to an older version of a plugin if something 
   is now not compatible?

 * FYI – narrowed it down to WooCommerce plugins. as soon as I reactivate, the site
   goes blank. Ugh.

 * thanks bdbrown, that was the prompt I needed!
 * I got access via the hosting file manager and managed to get the site back up.
   now to go check each plugin individually and find out which one(s) are the culprits!

 * Hi bdbrown – thanks for the prompt response. I just tried to access via FTP, 
   but looks like the site was not setup for FTP access by my predecessor (tried
   [http://ftp.ucsfpartnersincare.org](http://ftp.ucsfpartnersincare.org) with my
   usual user/pass) but would not connect.
 * Forgive my ignorance, not sure what the “host cPanel File Manager” is or how 
   I would access it given I can’t even log into my dashboard and access the admin
   panel at all. Is this a completely separate route in?
