 * Please find the attached screenshot. I have submitted the forms many times. But
   it is not sending email to the user with the file attachment.

 * Check below link and when you click on download brochure button, it will show
   a popup with contact form and on form submission it shows the file to download
   below the success message. but after that it is not sending email with the file
   attachment.
