 * This only started with a WP-Optimize update. The entries (as shown) are the same
   as the other entries that your recent updates have now eliminated.

 * Error logging records programming errors. Most programmers would check for a 
   file’s existence before trying to find it’s size. If the file doesn’t exist, 
   then show an error message or ignore it but don’t make a PHP error.

 * I now have 1.13.4. These 3 errors have happened with each recent upgrade. I think
   previous was 1.13.2 and before that was 1.13.1 – not positive. But there is no
   2.13.0 so it looks to me like the test should be for 1.13.0.
