While I understand that the “Add New Membership Plan” functionality is technically part of the WooCommerce Memberships extension, this plugin is developed and maintained by Automattic—the very same company behind WooCommerce. * Claiming that this is a “third-party plugin” and redirecting me to contact support separately is both misleading and dismissive. WooCommerce Memberships is marketed as a premium extension integrated with WooCommerce, and I expected a seamless escalation process within your own company, rather than being told to handle it myself. * This is not a minor oversight. The inability to add new membership plans is a critical issue that fundamentally undermines the functionality of a flagship extension. As such, your response to deflect responsibility, instead of thanking me for identifying the issue and ensuring it is passed to the relevant internal team, is frustrating and unprofessional. * I hope that Automattic will take a more unified and customer-focused approach in the future. Szóval nem a legjobb megoldás így sem. Jobb lenne az XML fájl külön. * Sajnos, eléggé 2 szék között vagyunk, ha valami hiba van. A Számlázz.hu ügyfélszolgálata eléggé letudta az egész WordPress-WooCommerce webáruházakat azzal, hogy Te lefejlesztetted a bővítményt. Nem túl készségesek. Pedig szerintem a legtöbb ügyfelük WooCommerce- es. Tőled kapunk támogatást, de azért látom, hogy nem minden ticket-re tudsz gyorsan válaszolni. Gondolom, le vagy terhelve. * Nekem most ezt a problémámat gyorsan és precízen megoldottad, amiért nagyon hálás vagyok. Csak akkor készült el számla, ha töröltem a Számlázz.hu-ról a partnert. De akkor sem írta rá az adószámot a számlára és a partnerhez sem írta be az adószámot a Számlázz.hu rendszerében. * Szóval ezért gondolom, hogy az XML-ben nincs elküldve az adószám.
