 * Nevermind! I just had too many field, in case anyone is reading this.
 * Your form will stop adding fields at “Z” and you need to manually add blank columns,
   then get it to automatically add headers again 🙂

 * Ahh wait I think I got it the wrong way around lol, the BUSINESS confirms or 
   cancels it, and the person that booked it just gets a confirmation email.
 * But even then, the customer still doesn’t get an email saying that their appointment
   has been confirmed or cancelled…should they?

 * Just an added note, this did work for me in the sense that I was able to import
   all my data and got the site up and running, but there are unforeseen problems.
   I can’t save any of the theme specific options for my site, and I believe this
   is the issue.
 * I think I’ve narrowed it down to this being an issue with trying to import a 
   database file from a server after 5.5.3 to a server before 5.5.3.
