There is no plugin (I tried them all) to recalculate live rates correctly, all recalculate equally badly, so it is clear that Printful’s plugin gives them incorrect prices. It appears that the Printful plugin actually sends all rates to all countries, and therefore currency conversion plug-ins only take the highest and display / recalculate. The entire Live Rate feature for woocommerce needs to be redesigned, since the Printful plugin can no longer be used correctly with currencies other than EUR and USD.
