 * I have sent you site health info. For the mentioned “original timezone” I mean,
if you look at the screenshot you can see that customer made an order at 16:30,
but on the export the time is 1:30, so it looks like 9 hours is added. My guess
is the order date time is 16:30 included 9 hours timezone shift, but at the export,
plugin threats this hour as a “base hour” and adds timezone again, so we end
up with 1:30 at the next day. Basically, I want both date time (marked with red
line on the screenshot) to be the same.

 * Yes, i disabled it, but I just found out that I need to disable also mPDF and
mPDF CJK addons and now it is displaying correctly. In case you want to test
it yourself you can type **〒401-0001** or **〒401-0001か** in the **Shop Postcode/
ZIP** field, these are exactly the same values as in the [screenshot](https://imgur.com/a/VUFwaFX)
in my previous post. But anyway, it seems that it is ok now, so thank you for
   help. 🙂

 * Unfortunately, it is still exactly the same problem, kanji and other special
characters are displayed only if there is a kana symbol after it, e.g. **か**,
otherwise it is just a box, you can see here: [https://imgur.com/a/VUFwaFX](https://imgur.com/a/VUFwaFX)

 * I am not sure, most of the times when I need to write something in Japanese I
used the default one, but I heard about 2 fonts, “Noto Sans JP” and “Gothic”,
maybe you should take a look at these, thanks.

 * I just tried that, but it doesn’t change anything. Regular Japanese characters
like **か** are still displaying, but special characters like **〒** are still
missing, when there is no kana after them.

 * I already have my website in Japanese, I am using WPML plugin, the PDF itself
is in Japanese when I try to copy something from it, but it shows [] characters,
i think this is a problem with font, not with the translation.
