I also lost access to the back end of the site, courtesy of a server error that has now been fixed. Trying your solution posted above. I used Ninja Forms to make the data, but then also tried using a basic .csv file that I uploaded. Neither of them worked to create readable data. When I export the leads and then open the .csv file, it is showing me information about the browser (Chrome) rather than ANY of the lead information that I have imported. I believe I’ve mapped the fields correctly, but regardless of the scenario, the plugin simply won’t show me usable customer data. * Is there any way we can have a simple new customer input screen so we can just put them in one at a time if we want, rather than having to either upload or use another plugin?
