* PHP memory limit is 2048M
* The api endpoint /wp-json/wp/v2/posts returns data
* I would tend to agree with [@avblink](https://wordpress.org/support/users/avblink/)
that this sounds like a caching issue.
* The reports have now started to work again, without any changes from me, so I’m
assuming this is a server caching issue and will investigate from there.

No problem
if you want to resolve this. To be honest I’ve given up as I couldn’t get past
your circular logic of just sending me back to the same answer which didn’t help
first time and so certainly didn’t help third or fourth time. Thanks for trying
anyway. The plugin is good, but the mailing platform is almost unworkable.

* Sorry for the delay getting back to you. Could you re-open this topic as it is
not resolved?
* I have asked the client to look for the email from David but it is not there.
I’m not sure why this is, but they definitely did not receive it.
* I have managed to set up an alternate mail delivery service to send out the confirmation
emails. However, as I cannot access the subscription key for the live site, the
fact of subscribers confirming will not be passed onto the Mailpoet account,
so will remain in pending state.
* I need the subscription key from the live account in order to verify my mailing
list in order to get the account state updated from pending. But I cannot do
this as I cannot access the subscription key while the account is in a pending
state.
* Please therefore, can you either change the state such that I can access the
key, or send the key to the registered email address?
* I am close to the point where I advise the client to move away from Mailpoet,
as I have never had this amount of difficulty using Mailgun, etc. I like the
plugin, but the process to get authenticated seems prone to difficulties.

* Sorry, it’s a bit tricky as the site emails go to the client, and not to me,
so I have to rely on them forwarding over anything relevant.
* The problem is the site does not have a sign up form as this is a closed list
of members of a local government network, so they don’t want anyone else to sign
up. We’re just looking for a way for them to be able to send out notifications
of events and updates to technical articles.
* If we can find a way to send out the confirmation emails we can get all the network
members to follow the link in those then we have them confirm their place in
the list. It’s a bit of a nightmare, and I feel like I’m going round in circles.

* Hello,
I’m having issues with the same area of JS since we updated to 4.7.3.
The layout for the events bar (views/modules/bar.php) has altered significantly,
and the search filters are now toggled open by default, then clicking on #tribe-
bar-collapse-toggle closes the filters then immediately re-opens them. This did
not happen prior to the upgrade, we use skeleton styles and use the supplied
template for the search bar. Even removing all our styles for the search bar
does not prevent this behaviour. Thanks

* yes that seems to have sorted it. My fault I forgot the Facebook Page ID was
also referenced in the shortcode. I generated a new shortcode using the correct
Facebook Page ID and it’s working perfectly now.

* thanks for looking into this.
I tried to re-activate WPeCommerce with all the
other plugins de-activated, but again ended with a 500 error. If I look in the
log the last Fatal is:
* `[24-Sep-2015 08:48:54] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes
exhausted (tried to allocate 16 bytes) in /var/sites/a/alandart.co.uk/public_html/
wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2125`
* So you can see I’ve given it plenty of available memory before it ran out. It
seems to be an issue with running over the database, which is quite large, it’s
a popular site and we’ve been running WPeCommerce for some time.
* Before I attempted the update on the live site, I cloned it to a local VM and
ran the update there which took a while but went through, this is why I think
it is related to the size of the db on the live site and the limitations of the
hosting.
* I copied the files from the locally updated VM up to the live site, and copied
the tables for WPeCommerce up to the live db, but each time I try to activate
it I get the 500. Is there any way to stop it running whatever routine it’s running
during re-activation as with the tables and files updated it should be good to
go?
