 * Sorry, I did not wrote that I use the WPML plugin in combination with WooCommerce.
   After some tests I discovered that the issue seems to be connected with permalinks
   and WPML plugin.
    - If I change permalinks (WPML active) to /%postname%/ permalink is **wrong**.
    - If I change permalinks (WPML active) to default, everything is **fine**.
    - If I deactivate WPML plugin, permalinks are always **fine**.
 * Therefore I assume that WPML plugin is manipulating the permalinks wrong. I assume
   I should get in touch with WPML support directly, right?

 * Hallo,
 * ich habe ebenfalls das Problem, dass Bestellungen für (digitale) Produkte über
   PayPal Plus nach Abschluss der Zahlung von “Zahlung ausstehend” auf “In Bearbeitung”
   geändert werden, nicht jedoch auf “Fertiggestellt”. Habe WooCommerce Germanized
   Pro im Einsatz, für PP Plus ist als Payment Action “Sale” eingestellt, getestet
   habe ich es im Sandbox Modus.
 * Wie wurde das Problem gelöst bzw. ist es möglich, dass nach Abschluss der Zahlung
   bei PP Plus die Bestellung direkt auf “Fertiggestellt” geändert wird?
 * Edit: Muss ich hierfür noch in WordPress Webhooks oder REST-Apis konfigurieren?
   z.B. unter WooCommerce – Einstellungen – Erweitert – Webhooks
