 * Hi Frederik,
 * > Hi, I am having trouble using an existing Pixel (from other business manager)
   > in the setup.
 * To clarify, you can only use a Pixel from the business manager that is connected
   to your site. If you want to use a pixel from a different business manager, you
   would need to switch that business manager.
 * I hope that was able to clear things up! Let us know if you have any further
   questions!

 * Hi [@mmtomm](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mmtomm/)! Yes, this would require
   a customization, but it should be a fairly simple customization. Per our [support policy](https://woocommerce.com/support-policy/#customisation),
   customizations are outside the scope of the support we can offer, but we have
   a [customizations page](https://woocommerce.com/customizations/) with resources
   for contacting a developer for help. You can also ask about this on the [WooCommerce Slack Community](https://woocommerce.com/community-slack/)
   or [WooCommerce FB group](https://www.facebook.com/groups/advanced.woocommerce/)
   which are great places for customization questions like this if you don’t get
   an answer here.

 * Hi [@dustinw](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dustinw/). No, Square doesn’t
   need the SoapClient enabled in order to work.
 * Could you try disabling and then re-enabling the Square plugin? Sometimes simply
   disconnecting and reconnecting doesn’t help, but disabling/re-enabling the plugin
   entirely does.
 * If that doesn’t help, can you double-check with your hosting provider about whether
   they’ve changed their security at all recently? It’s possible that Square is
   having difficulty communicating with your site for that reason.

 * Hi [@theprojectgarments](https://wordpress.org/support/users/theprojectgarments/)!
   I understand you’d like to export products, but have the IDs show in the SKU
   field when imported.
 * Yes, this would be possible. You would want to use the [built-in product CSV importer/exporter](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/).
   Then, in the export CSV, it would be simple to copy the values from the ID column
   into the SKU column.

 * Hi [@bingoboy](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bingoboy/). I understand you’re
   trying to set up some custom code to issue a coupon or store credit when a customer
   cancels a booking. Since Bookings is one of our paid plugins, we ask that questions
   about it not be posted on the .org forums, as these are meant for our free plugins.
 * For questions about default functionality, you can contact our support team at

   or [https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/](https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/).
 * For customization questions, I’d recommend reaching out to a developer familiar
   with Bookings. We have a [customizations page](https://woocommerce.com/customizations/)
   with resources for contacting a developer for help.

 * Hi Steve. I understand you’re seeing some inconsistency with shipping surrounding
   pickup and delivery.
 * How are these pickup and delivery options being added to your site? Are these“
   shipping” methods (at least in the technical sense), or are you using specific
   local pickup or delivery plugins that don’t use shipping methods?
 * However you’re setting these up, can you post screenshots of the configuration
   settings for them? I recommend [https://snipboard.io](https://snipboard.io) for
   sharing screenshots.
 * Can you also post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce
   > Status in your site’s admin area, then clicking “Get system report,” then “
   Copy for support.” If a URL would be easier, it should be yoursite.com/wp-admin/
   admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=status , replacing “yoursite.com” with your site’s
   actual URL.
 * Thanks!

 * Hi [@paperesl455](https://wordpress.org/support/users/paperesl455/). The Checkout
   block still has many limitations, and most checkout add-ons and plugins adding
   extra checkout functionality don’t currently work with it.
 * If you’d like to add an additional fee based on the payment method a user chooses
   in the checkout block, this would probably require a customization. Per our [support policy](https://woocommerce.com/support-policy/#customisation),
   customizations are outside the scope of the support we can offer, but we have

 * Hi [@shyni123](https://wordpress.org/support/users/shyni123/)! I understand you’re
   running into some issues when trying to post products with multiple images via
   the API. There is no intrinsic limitation to this in the API itself, so you’re
   likely running into server limitations. I’d recommend talking to your hosting
   provider about this, as they would probably be able to best advise you on what
   exactly in the server configuration is causing this to happen and how you could
   implement a work-around.
 * I wasn’t clear from your message, but if running these API calls in parallel
   is part of the issue, you could try running them sequentially instead. I’m not
   sure how feasible that is for you, but it might be worth a shot.
 * Let us know how that goes or if you have any further questions!

 * Hi [@emex2021](https://wordpress.org/support/users/emex2021/)! I understand you’re
   running into some issues on your site that you’ve traced back to WooCommerce
   Payments.
 * > I dont see a debug log file in on my server, and i sure don’t see it on my
   site anywhere.
 * This is usually at the URL `yoursite.com/wp-content/debug.log` (replacing yoursite.
   com with your site’s actual URL, obviously). If you go there, do you see a debug
   log?
 * There are also plugins that greatly simplify this, such as [WP Debugging](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-debugging/),
   which make it so you don’t have to mess around with wp-config.php and can access
   the debug log from your site’s admin area instead of having to know the URL.
   I’d recommend using that.
 * If you do find a debug log, do you see any errors in it? Copying those into here
   would be helpful so that we can see what you’re running into.
 * WooCommerce also records fatal errors in its own logs, separate from the WordPress
   debug log. You can see the different WooCommerce logs by going to **WooCommerce
   > Status > Logs** in your site’s admin area. Once there, open the menu by the“
   View” button and see if you see any log files that have `fatal-errors` in the
   name. If you find one, could you click on it, then click the “View” button? That
   should bring it up for you to view.
 * From there, copy the contents of the log, and then go to pastebin.com and paste
   it in there. Then, scroll down, click “Create New Paste,” and post the link here
   so that we can take a look.
 * Lastly, can you post your system status report? You can find that by going to**
   WooCommerce > Status** in your dashboard, then clicking the “Get system report”
   button, then “Copy for support” in the section that pops up.
 * Thanks!

 * Hi [@mridulmet](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mridulmet/)! I understand
   you want to print order receipts. You mention “pos paper.” Do you mean that you
   want to print the same kind of receipt that would be printed for a point of sale
   system or cash register?
 * I don’t know of a way to do this for normal WooCommerce orders. WooCommerce does
   send email receipts, and there are various plugins for customizing these (such
   as [WooCommerce Print Invoices & Packing lists](https://woocommerce.com/products/print-invoices-packing-lists/)),
   but these are not cash register style receipts.
 * I should also add that there are dedicated POS systems for WooCommerce, some
   of which you can see in our marketplace [here](https://woocommerce.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/operations/point-of-sale/),
   but these only print receipts for orders that are made through the POS systems.
   They wouldn’t be able to print receipts for orders made through the site. But
   if you were looking for a POS system in general, these would be some options
   for that.

 * Hi [@irenella](https://wordpress.org/support/users/irenella/). Our developers
   said that the most likely reason that the View Content event was the only one
   with browser + server tracking was because after matching and deduplicating the
   View Content events sent from the server and browser, the source of the final
   result still contains events from both the server and browser. But after the
   Add To Cart events are matched, all 38 server events are recognized as duplicates,
   leaving only the browser as the source of the final result.
 * They pointed to these docs: [https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/conversions-api/using-the-api](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/conversions-api/using-the-api),
   but also said that it would be a good idea for you to reach out to Facebook about
   this and ask them for more information about the exact meaning of the “Connection
   method” column, as well as why it would show differences, as this is a bit outside
   of our area of expertise.

   Thanks for contacting WooCommerce support. I don’t speak Spanish, but I can translate
   your request and then respond in English, if that works. I translate your request
   to:
 * > I have installed the Facebook for woocommerce plugin to synchronize the products

   > on Instagram. When installing the GDPR Cookie Compliance (CCPA, PIPEDA ready)
   > plugin, I must indicate which cookies I use on the web so that the user accepts
   > or rejects their use. I have since loaded from the Facebook ADS Administrator,
   > get the code fragment that I have to insert in the header inside the GPRD plugin
   > and when I run the web and activate the analyzer, it indicates the alert message[
   > Facebook Pixel] – Duplicate Pixel ID : xxxxxxxxxx, in addition to this, I can’t
   > block the pixel.
   > How can I correct it?
 * I understand you’re seeing a duplicate pixel error after adding info to your
   GDPR plugin. Typically, when we see this error, it’s due to something else adding
   the pixel elsewhere on the site. It seems like this GDPR plugin might be doing
   that. I’m not familiar with this GDPR plugin or how it works, but is there a
   way you can add the cookie info to the GDPR plugin without calling the pixel
   again? That would be the best solution, most likely.
