 * Thanks for trying that [@facun3625](https://wordpress.org/support/users/facun3625/).
   Do you see any fatal errors in your fatal error logs that match up to this issue
   date-wise? To check, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs in your dashboard, open
   the dropdown by the “View” button, and look for any logs with “fatal-errors”
   in the name and an appropriate date.
 * If you see one, please view it by clicking on it and then clicking the “View”
   button, as shown here: [https://d.pr/i/zYVxgL](https://d.pr/i/zYVxgL)
 * Could you then copy the contents of the log into pastebin.com, click “Create
   new paste,” and then share the link so that we could take a look?
 * Thanks!

 * Hi [@alois2020](https://wordpress.org/support/users/alois2020/), thanks for providing
   the error you saw. This type of error is often fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting
   the Facebook plugin. Can you try doing that and see if it solves the problem?
   You can do this in the Connection tab in **Marketing > Facebook** in your site’s
   admin area.

 * Hi [@purodreams](https://wordpress.org/support/users/purodreams/). We’re of course
   sorry to hear that you had to switch to a different Stripe plugin, but I’m glad
   you were able to find a solution to your problem. I’m going to go ahead and mark
   this thread as resolved. Feel free to create a new thread if you have any further
   questions!

 * Hi [@umbrossino95](https://wordpress.org/support/users/umbrossino95/)! I understand
   you’re having some issues with guest checkout. I’m seeing some errors on the
   page when I look at the browser’s JavaScript console, which could explain why
   things aren’t working.
 * It looks like this error might be coming from your theme. Could you try switching
   to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and see if the issue still happens?
 * If that doesn’t work, I’d recommend full conflict testing. This involves disabling
   plugins and your theme, so it may be easier to do this on a staging site, which
   is a duplicate site used for testing purposes. If you don’t have a staging site
   handy, you can use the [WP Staging](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/)
   plugin to easily create one.
 * Then, either on the staging site or your live site:
 * 1. Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce.
    2. Switch your theme to a
   default one like Twenty Twenty. 3. Retest the issue.
 * If you’re not seeing the same problem with the site in this barebones setup,
   then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.
   To figure out which one is causing the problem, reactivate them one by one, testing
   after each, until the issue resurfaces.
 * Let us know how that goes or if you have any further questions!

 * Hi [@soloraven](https://wordpress.org/support/users/soloraven/). To clarify,
   while your store’s currency needs to be set to ZAR, there are various ways of
   offering currencies other than the base currency.
 * The best option for this would be [WooCommerce Multi-Currency](https://woocommerce.com/products/multi-currency/),
   which allows customers to make purchases on your store using their local currency(
   within a specific set of currencies configured by you), while leaving your base
   currency unaffected.
 * Another option would be the [Currency Converter Widget](https://woocommerce.com/products/currency-converter-widget/).
   This will _display_ prices in multiple currencies, but the transactions will
   actually done using your store’s base currency. This is a simpler approach, and
   would be the way to go if the Multi-Currency plugin doesn’t work for some reason.
 * I hope that was able to point you in the right direction! Let us know if you
   have any further questions!

 * Hi [@beccanoire](https://wordpress.org/support/users/beccanoire/)! Thanks for
   the additional information. Nothing about either your settings or system status
   report looks abnormal.

 * Hi Joe. Apologies, we close threads if there haven’t been responses for a week,
   but we usually post a message when we do this to avoid confusion. I can unresolve
   this thread.
 * Just to clarify, though, there isn’t much more that can be done from a support
   perspective on this issue. Per our [support policy](https://woocommerce.com/support-policy/#customisation),
   customizations are outside the scope of the support we can offer, but we have
   a [customizations page](https://woocommerce.com/customizations/) with resources
   for contacting a developer for help, if you’d like.
 * You can also ask about this on the [WooCommerce Slack Community](https://woocommerce.com/community-slack/)
   or [WooCommerce FB group](https://www.facebook.com/groups/advanced.woocommerce/)
   which are great places for customization questions like this.

 * Hi [@brianschroeter](https://wordpress.org/support/users/brianschroeter/). Sorry
   for the confusion here. The billing address fields can only be optional on the
   cart and product pages, not checkout. Even with this filter, they are still required

   Your tax settings shouldn’t contain any sensitive information, as this is just
