 * Hi [@talkingtree](https://wordpress.org/support/users/talkingtree/). I’m not
   sure exactly how Elementor changes the design of single product pages, but it
   could be metadata assigned to the product in the database. Products are a custom
   post type, so you would want to look in the postmeta table for this information
   and export it. You can read more about adding custom columns for import and export
   [here](https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Product-CSV-Importer-&-Exporter#adding-custom-import-columns-developers).

 * Hi [@romaan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/romaan/), thanks for posting
   that. Everything looks normal there.
 * How is this search being added to the page? Is it a plugin or part of your theme?

 * Hi [@cristianmontesinosdigital](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cristianmontesinosdigital/).
   Thanks for the clarification. When you say:
 * > We just export all the shop data and import it into the new site.
 * What do you mean, exactly? How was this export/import performed?

 * Hi [@tigo](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tigo/). You would probably want
   to use the [Checkout Field Editor](https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-checkout-field-editor/)
   plugin for this. If you wanted to code it yourself, you would need to change
   the checkout page template. You can read more about editing templates [here](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/).
 * Customizations like this are outside the scope of our support, so I’m not entirely
   sure how the fields on the checkout page are organized, but it’s possible that
   the rearranging is happening through CSS and not JS. Something like CSS Grid
   would allow the page to arrange the fields in a set pattern regardless of what
   order they appeared in in the HTML, so that would also be something to look at.

 * Hi [@romaan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/romaan/). I was able to go to
   your site and see the problem you were talking about. Can you post your system
   status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard,
   then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.”

 * Hi [@captain1999](https://wordpress.org/support/users/captain1999/)! Good questions!
   To book appointments with additional fields, I think your client would want to
   use [WooCommerce Bookings](https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/)
   + [Product Add-Ons](https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/). We have
   documentation [here](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-add-ons-integration/)
   that goes over how these two plugins can work together. Let us know if you have
   any further questions!

 * Hi [@saugatakoley](https://wordpress.org/support/users/saugatakoley/). I’ll address
   your questions in order:
 * Checkout Block:
 * 1 and 2: The checkout block only works with a few payment methods at the moment.
   More will be added later.
 * 3: The checkout block currently does not have this functionality. It will be
   added later.
 * 4: Can you post a screenshot of what you’re referring to here? I’m not sure what
   you mean.
 * Cart Block:
    1: Can you post a screenshot?
 * If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few options:

 * Thank you, I found the email and was able to log in to your demo site. I was
   also able to confirm the behavior you described. However, it appears that we
   do not have full admin capabilities, as I was not able to see the plugins page.
   One of the things we’ll want to try is conflict testing, which involves disabling
   plugins to see if there’s a code conflict causing this issue, and we would need
   full admin privileges to do this. Can you update our user with admin privileges?
   Once you do, we can troubleshoot further. Thanks!

 * Hi [@cristianmontesinosdigital](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cristianmontesinosdigital/),
   thanks for the clarification. When you say you “moved the folder,” which folder
   are you referring to, exactly? Do you mean you copied your old site’s home directory
   to a new location? So now there is an old site and a new site?
 * I don’t think it’s possible to import and export just reporting data. That is
   built from the sales data that exists in your database.
 * Speaking of which, are the orders for January-May for these two products (not
   the reports, but the actual orders themselves in WooCommerce > Orders) still
   present on your site?

 * Just checking in here. Are you all still seeing this issue?
 * If so, this could be due to a bug that was recently fixed, where WC Admin file
   names were being created in such a way that they conflicted with file name limitations
   for many hosting environments. This caused a lot of strange issues, and could
   be the reason for what you are seeing. There is a fix for this that was released
   in the [stand-alone WooCommerce Admin plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-admin/)
   in version 1.2.4. Please install that if you haven’t already, or update it if
   you have. The change should be going out with the next WooCommerce Core release
   as well, but use the stand-alone plugin for an immediate fix.
 * If that doesn’t solve the issue, go to Analytics > Settings and look in the Import
   Historical Data section. Is it listing anything that needs to be imported there?
   If so, import it. Did that import the missing orders into the reports? This obviously
   doesn’t solve the problem of why this happened to begin with, but it means that
   those orders aren’t completely invisible to WC Admin, which is something.
 * Another thing to check would be WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions.
 * First, go the `Pending` tab, then search for `wc-admin_import_orders`. Are there
   any pending scheduled actions with a `Scheduled Date` in the past?
 * Next, go to the `Failed` tab (if it exists) and search for `wc-admin_import_orders`
   again. Do you see any failed scheduled actions with this hook?
 * I created a screenshot [here](https://nimb.ws/BRYfc4) to help clarify things.

 * It looks like this is a bug, as I was able to get the same behavior on my local
   test site. I’d recommend creating an issue for this on the WC Admin GitHub repo
   [here](https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-admin/issues).

 * Hi [@valentinguidi](https://wordpress.org/support/users/valentinguidi/). This
   is due to a bug that was recently fixed. The fix is currently only in the [stand-alone WC Admin plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-admin/),
   but it should come to WooCommerce core in the next release. Please install the
