I don’t know of a way to do this with categories, but you can accomplish it with shortcodes and blocks. Yes, you can remove the message. This is configured in the Memberships settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Memberships in your site dashboard). The messages that are displayed to non-members are configured in the “Messages” tab of the Memberships settings. In that case, I think the issue is most likely that they are from abandoned carts.
