 * Hi [@gentlemako](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gentlemako/)!
 * > Recently our purchase event stopped firing. maybe this is because we updated
   > to the latest version, please advise.
 * Can you give us some more details about this? Are you noticing an error, or just
   noticing that purchase events aren’t showing up when they should be?
 * Purchase events can sometimes be blocked by privacy plugins or settings in a
   customer’s browser. Could that be what’s happening here? Is it only some purchases
   that aren’t tracking properly, or all of them?
 * Thanks!

 * Hi [@drszoke](https://wordpress.org/support/users/drszoke/). This would be somewhere
   in the settings for your Facebook store (on Facebook itself) rather than the
   Facebook plugin for WooCommerce. Facebook support would be the best ones to reach
   out to about this.

 * Hi [@pleazo](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pleazo/). Thanks for checking
   that. So, to clarify, WooCommerce Analytics is now showing the correct number
   of orders, but Google Analytics is still missing some?
 * Can you double check that the integration has been set up according to the instructions
   outlined [here](https://woocommerce.com/document/google-analytics-integration/#section-5)?
 * If so, were any of these purchases done through a payment gateway that doesn’t
   redirect to the “Thank you” page after a purchase is complete? This is how Google
   Analytics tracks purchases on your site, so purchasing through a gateway that
   doesn’t redirect here would cause issues tracking purchases.
 * It’s also possible that a security plugin on your site or on a customer’s browser
   can interfere with Google Analytics. Have you added any security plugins recently,
   or changed the settings of one?
 * You can test Google Analytics by following the steps [here](https://woocommerce.com/document/google-analytics-integration/#section-9)
   if you’d like to see if it’s a specific payment gateway or security configuration
   that is causing issues.
 * Let us know how that goes or if you have any further questions!

 * Thanks for testing [@jeffylube](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jeffylube/).
   At this point, it makes sense to take a look at your Square and fatal error logs,
   but it would be risky to share these on a public forum. Can you contact our support
   team directly at [support@woocommerce.com](https://wordpress.org/support/users/apmwebdev/replies/page/3/support@woocommerce.com?output_format=md),
   link to this thread for context, and provide your most recent fatal error logs
   and Square sync logs?
 * You’ll only be able to get Square product sync logs if you currently have logging
   enabled for Square. To check, go to **WooCommerce > Settings > Square** and find
   the “Enable logging” setting. If this was already checked, please find the Square
   sync logs using the instructions below.
 * If it wasn’t checked, please check it, then purchase a product again so the inventory
   of the product goes down and then erroneously back up again, which should trigger
   a log entry.
 * To find the logs: Go to **WooCommerce > Status > Logs** in your site’s WP Admin
   area, open the dropdown by the “View” button, and look for the latest dated log
   files with “fatal-errors” and “square” in the name. You can ignore logs with “
   square-credit-card” in the name, as this is for the payment gateway portion of
   Square.
 * Please view the logs by clicking on them and then clicking the “View” button,
   as shown here: [https://d.pr/i/zYVxgL](https://d.pr/i/zYVxgL)
 * Then please copy the contents of these logs into pastebin.com, click “Create
   new paste,” and then share the links via email as explained above so that we
   can take a look. To clarify, the latest fatal error log and latest Square product
   sync log should each have separate pastebin links.
 * Thanks so much! I’m going to mark this thread as resolved since you’ll be contacting
   us directly.

 * Hi [@tanner96](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tanner96/), thanks for the
   system status report.
 * Looking at your checkout page, I see this: [https://d.pr/i/7vaghY](https://d.pr/i/7vaghY)
 * Is this also what you see? Should any of these not be showing? It looks like
   all the payment methods except for “Finance with PayPal” are coming from other
   payment gateways, so you wouldn’t be able to disable them from your PayPal settings.
   You’d need to do it from your general payment settings (**WooCommerce > Settings
   > Payments**).

 * Also, can you send me your system status report? You can find that by going to**
   WooCommerce > Status** in your site’s admin area (or yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.
   php?page=wc-status&tab=status , replacing “yoursite.com” with your site’s actual
   URL), then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.”
 * Thanks!

 * Hi [@basvoets](https://wordpress.org/support/users/basvoets/).
 * > When I try to edit the options.php I get a server 403 error saying that I don’t
   > have permission.
 * You’d want to reach out to your hosting provider about this, then. They might
   have disabled this page for some reason.
 * If you have access to your database, you could just go to the `wp_options` table
   and view/update the Facebook business ID from there. The options.php page is
   really just a list of all the rows in your wp_options table, so it’s the same
   data.

 * Hi [@tspinde](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tspinde/). Do you have logging
   enabled for the Facebook plugin currently? This would be the “Enable debug mode”
   checkbox in the “Connection” tab in your Facebook settings, as shown [here](https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/image.png?w=950).
 * If not, could you please enable it, try syncing again, and then find the logs
   at **WooCommerce > Status > Logs** in your site’s WP Admin area? The log you’re
   looking for should have “facebook” in the name and the current date. Once you
   find the log file, select it, and then click “View” to view it.
 * Next, please copy the contents of that log file into [https://pastebin.com](https://pastebin.com),
   select “Create new paste,” and then contact us via [https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/](https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/)
   with a link to that log file and to this forum thread. (The logs can contain
   potentially sensitive site data, so it’s better to share these with us directly
   than on a public forum.)
 * I’m going to close this forum thread since you’ll be contacting us directly.
 * Cheers!

 * Hi [@alexrwlp](https://wordpress.org/support/users/alexrwlp/). Thanks for the
   additional details. Do you see any fatal errors in your fatal error logs that
   match up to this issue date-wise? To check, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
   in your dashboard, open the dropdown by the “View” button, and look for any logs
   with “fatal-errors” in the name and an appropriate date.
