We don’t have any shipping plugins for shipping rates in Qatar in our store, but it’s possible that there’s a third party plugin that makes this possible. I don’t know of a plugin that will do exactly what you describe, where there’s essentially a search function for categories that brings up sub-categories. The [WooCommerce Product Search](https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-product-search/) plugin has a product category widget, which you can read about [here](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-product-search/widgets/product-filter-categories/). That is the closest thing I can think of. By default, only top level categories are shown on the shop page when you select to show categories. This looks like a code conflict. It was good thinking to try switching to a different theme. Could you try disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce as well? Are item and size [global attributes](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#set-global-attributes)? If so, you can use a product-specific attribute for the kids dungarees, or a different global attribute. Would that work?
