 * Hi [@mvbarrios](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mvbarrios/). This is a code
   customization, so it is a bit outside most WooCommerce support folks area of
   expertise, but community members might be able to point you in the right direction
   here. I also wanted to point you to some other places you could get help with
   this if you’re not able to get a response here.
 * We have a [customizations page](https://woocommerce.com/customizations/) with
   resources for contacting a developer for help. You can also ask about this on
   the [WooCommerce Slack Community](https://woocommerce.com/community-slack/) or
   [WooCommerce FB group](https://www.facebook.com/groups/advanced.woocommerce/)
   which are great places for customization questions like this.

   In your optimal setup, where would customers sign up for an account if not the
   My Account page?

 * Thanks for the heads up [@madjax](https://wordpress.org/support/users/madjax/),
   I’ll take a look.
 * EDIT: It looks like one of our support folks has already responded, and we’re
   investigating the issue now.

   issue, so it should be its own thread. I’m not seeing any open threads that I’ve
   replied to about this issue, but if the thread is open then we’ll get to it soon!

 * Hi [@iinfo321](https://wordpress.org/support/users/iinfo321/). I’d recommend
   the same steps I mentioned above. Also, [@iinfo321](https://wordpress.org/support/users/iinfo321/)
   and [@johanoudejans](https://wordpress.org/support/users/johanoudejans/) can
   you both post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce
   > Status in your dashboard, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for
   support.”

 * Hi [@simonetat](https://wordpress.org/support/users/simonetat/)! Yes, something
   like that, but the attribute would probably better be called “Format” or similar,
   and then the values of that attribute would be CD and LP. Then, you could create
   variations from the attributes, which would create a CD and LP variation. Does
   that make sense?

 * Hi [@johanoudejans](https://wordpress.org/support/users/johanoudejans/). Do you
   have [FTP](https://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/ftp/) access to your site? If
   so, I’d try (temporarily) removing the WooCommerce plugin that way. Once you’re
   able to get to your plugins page again, update all your plugins, then try installing
   WooCommerce again. You can either move the folder back via FTP or just install
   it fresh. Hopefully, this will clear up your issues!

 * Hi [@clancel](https://wordpress.org/support/users/clancel/). This is likely determined
   by your theme. You could change the way it is displayed with custom CSS, although
   it would probably take a bit of tweaking to get this exactly right. You can read
   more about CSS customizations with WordPress [here](https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-easily-add-custom-css-to-your-wordpress-site/).

 * Hi [@rapcomm](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rapcomm/)! By default, a “return
   to shop” link will only appear on an empty cart page. Product pages normally
   have “breadcrumbs,” which will look something like Home / Shop / Category / Product
   Name. Except for the product itself, the other breadcrumbs will be links, so
   customers can return to the shop (or home page, or category page) that way. There
   is likely a snippet or plugin for adding a “return to shop” button elsewhere,
   but I’m not aware of any specific snippets or plugins for this.

 * Hi [@rickyb01](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rickyb01/). This would certainly
   be possible with a customization, although I don’t know of any plugins that would
   accomplish it out of the box. I’ll leave the thread open in case others know
   of one or could contribute custom code suggestions, though.
 * If you’re not able to find anything here, we have a [customizations page](https://woocommerce.com/customizations/)

 * Hi [@aumble](https://wordpress.org/support/users/aumble/)! Do you see any JavaScript
   errors on the product edit page? You can check for JavaScript errors with your
   browser of choice by following the steps outlined here: [https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis](https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis)
 * Alternatively, do you see any fatal errors in your fatal error logs that match
   up to when this problem started? To check, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
   in your dashboard, open the dropdown by the “View” button, and look for any logs
   with “fatal-errors” in the name and an appropriate date. If so, could you copy
   the contents of the log into pastebin.com, click “Create new paste,” and then
   share the link so that we could take a look?

 * Hi [@jorgearaujo25](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jorgearaujo25/)! It sounds
   like you’d want to look at the [Order Delivery](https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-order-delivery/)
   plugin. That allows customers to choose a delivery date and time out of a specific
   range that you specify.

 * Hi [@madriverweb](https://wordpress.org/support/users/madriverweb/)! Customers
   are likely creating accounts from your [My Account](https://heidistreasures.com/my-account/)
   page. Going there while not logged in gives you the option to create a new account.
   This can be changed in your Accounts and Privacy settings (WooCommerce > Settings
   > Accounts and Privacy in your site’s admin area).

 * Hi [@joseluciano](https://wordpress.org/support/users/joseluciano/)! Yes, there
   are a couple of plugins you could use here. [Product Add-Ons](https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/)
   would allow you to add this on the product page, while [Checkout Add-Ons](https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-checkout-add-ons/)
   would allow you to add them at checkout.

 * Hey all. [@codecoruan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/codecoruan/) is right
   that this is due to the Facebook plugin. SkyVerge are aware that it’s an issue
   and are working on a fix as we speak.
