 * Hi [@mitzeitundohne](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mitzeitundohne/)! There
   are a few things that could cause this. The most common thing we’ve seen help
   is to increase the WordPress memory limit. You can see how to do that here: [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/)
 * Can you post your system status report? That might give us a clue as to what
   is going on. You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard,
   then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.”

 * Hi [@any12](https://wordpress.org/support/users/any12/). From a best practices
   perspective, I suppose it makes sense to mark the products as virtual. This is
   not strictly necessary if shipping and shipping calculations are disabled, though,
   as all products will basically be treated as if they are virtual. It won’t make
   any difference from the customer’s perspective, so it’s really up to you.

 * Hi [@timmer81](https://wordpress.org/support/users/timmer81/). I’d recommend
   conflict testing.
 * These are the steps you should take:
 * 1. Back up your site. Many hosting providers offer a way to do this, and there
   are plugins such as [WP Database Backup](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-database-backup/)
   that offer this functionality if backing up your database through your host is
   not an option.
    2. Update all your plugins and your theme to their latest versions
   and see if the problem fixes itself. 3. Set your theme to Twenty Twenty. 4. Disable
   all plugins except for WooCommerce. 6. Repeat the action that is causing the
   problem.
 * If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then
   you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure
   out which one is causing the problem, reactivate them one by one, testing after
   each, until you find the one causing conflict.

 * Hi [@ssslippy](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ssslippy/). Can you send a

 * Also, can you post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce

 * Hi [@isobelperl](https://wordpress.org/support/users/isobelperl/). The email
   field is not present on reviews by default, as it just uses the email from the
   user’s account. How is this field being added? Is it through a plugin or your
   theme, perhaps? Figuring that out would be the first step to answering this question.

 * Hi [@ttrading](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ttrading/)!
 * > I would like the product catalog to get all to the left
 * Are you referring to the gap between the products and the sidebar? [https://d.pr/i/MilBiA](https://d.pr/i/MilBiA)
   If so, you’d want to tweak your theme or add some custom CSS to eliminate this
   gap. You can read more about adding custom CSS [here](https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-easily-add-custom-css-to-your-wordpress-site/).
 * > The space on the main page top (under logo and over the menu). Where does it

 * Hi [@mau84](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mau84/). This error is often
   due to your site’s default currency. If your default currency is not on [the list of accepted currencies](https://www.facebook.com/business/help/151451521590943?id=738655959856647),
   you can sometimes run into this error. As explained [here](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#section-9),
   if this is indeed the issue, you can sometimes change your default currency to
   a supported one (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR) to connect and then change it back afterward.

 * Hi [@icecopi](https://wordpress.org/support/users/icecopi/). Removing the links
   from an email would require an email customization. You can read more about that
   [here](https://woocommerce.com/posts/how-to-customize-emails-in-woocommerce/).
 * That being said, the link in the email should take the customer directly to the
   subscription in their My Account page, not the My Account page dashboard. Does
   that not happen? If not, something is either causing the link to be malformed
   or causing the site to redirect the user. Can you give me some more details about
   what happens when a customer clicks the link in the email?
