 * Hey Alicia –
 * Have you tried filtering for ‘Processing’ orders?
 * You can do that on the Orders screen, here’s an image that shows where: [http://docs.woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/Filter-WooCommerce-Orders.png](http://docs.woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/Filter-WooCommerce-Orders.png)
 * That’ll let you see all the orders that are ‘Processing.’
 * In case you haven’t found it yet, there’s more helpful information in the official
   documentation: [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/#section-1](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/#section-1)
 * Would that fit your need?

 * Thanks- that totally worked! Any advice on how to keep stuff like this from happening
   in the future?
