 * Same problem here…
    I read around of similar errors being solved by deactivating
   the Automatic Upgrade plugin (WPAU – WP 2.7+ shouldn’t need it anymore). Not
   my case I’m running WP 2.8.1 with no WPAU plugin.. Still looking for a fix or
   will just find another way to embed swf files..

 * Hi I have downloaded WordPress 2.1 and am trying to display a custom field in
   my post page, I have downloaded the custom-field-gui plug-in and the get custom
   field values but can’t get it to work.
    I managed to get the field to show in
   the writing page, it is saving and remembering the values but it’s simply not
   showing anything. I have found and tried so many syntax (get_custom_field values,
   c2c..) but nothing seems to work. I am no coder/programmer and I’m new to WordPress
   but I’ve been spending far too much time on what should be a quite a silly thing
   to do! Help!!!
