 * The solution for me was to use a CSV importer and do the pricing via a spreadsheet
   first.

   it is not in the footer php.

 * Sorry…yes the menu link is the same. (I thought you meant the whole menu)

   can’t seem to find that link reference in the footer.php.

    I tried that CSS in ‘custom css’ but it had no effect. How is that
   you say the menu is being used twice?

    Could any one be more specific with how to do this please? If some one could
   direct me what and where I can manipulate the code.
 * One might think that what cards to accept would be a select-able option.
