What happens: both the backend and frontend folder creation functions are blocked and an error is returned. There’s no specific link, but the error that’s shown is “Unable to connect to backend. Access denied. HTTP error 403” when trying to create a folder. WordPress debugging instead is: ob_end_flush(): failed to send buffer of zlin output compression. I hope this information helps. Besides being unable to insert the login into the page, I also saw a code error in the bottom right. In this specific case, same server, even the same plugins, however in my opinion a defect related to Ajax.
