    I called 1&1 and for some reason the web address wasn’t pointing
   to the files anymore. They fix it! It’s all there! Thank you so much again! 🙂

 * I just check again all my old files are there [http://prnt.sc/eqvshq](http://prnt.sc/eqvshq)
   I did restore the old ones as you can see they are dated last years. They were
   done in version 4.5.3.

   This preview does not contain information about changes that you make yourself
   after installation. Applications installed by default can be updated and deleted
   only manually.
 * It looks like once you install their wordpress app it has to be manually updated
   which is weird because if you click on their app center they have the latest 
   version 🙁

 * that’s when everything started when they told me I had to manually update wordpress
   🙁 I’m freaking out! I don’t know what else to do

 * Could it be because I updated my wordpress through my dashboard to the latest
   and 1&1 france is using 4.5.3 [http://prnt.sc/eqkovh](http://prnt.sc/eqkovh) ????
   My backup files are in 4.5.3
