 * Is the above still up to date (I m using current version of WordPress and plugin)
   
   My issue is that i installed it on a demo side and it worked (visible_upload)
   now that i m on the live website either value i have on the settings picture 
   uploads behave the same ( no confirmation by admin and no email to user to confirm
   the photo)
