 * We investigated this with the Gtranslate team. We found that the problem was 
   caused by the ip2location plugin. Because when we changed the status code in 
   the redirect rule, we found that the redirect code in the network section also

   change the code here to 301, the redirects work with 301, and when we change 
   it to 302, the redirects work with 302. We are sure that the problem is caused
   by the ip2location plugin. Also, there was no such problem until we updated the
   plugin to version 1.33.2.

 * When I activated this feature, the problem was solved. However, when I visit 
   the same page more than once, it does not redirect. Before updating the plugin,
   this feature was not active and the redirection worked on each visit. Activating
   this feature does not solve the problem.

 * In order for Google bot to scan the text in the tooltip on the page, it needs
   to be processed on the server side and added to the html. I guess there is no
   way to do this?
