No, the issue is resolved. Thanks for your help.
I think something went wrong with the entire WP database because even if I deleted the Participants plugin, the old data would return. There was no caching on the server so I did a full WorPpress reinstall.
Thanks for your response. I must have done something else wrong as I couldn’t resolve the issue (I’m not sure what) so I did a fresh install as I was only at the start of developing it.
I’ve done a bit more digging but still non the wiser. If I enable tabs on the signup form it shows the Record ID and Private ID are coming from the Record Information field group (as expected) but there is no way I can see in there to have them show up or not in the signup form.
