 * OK…problem resolved. 🙂
 * For me it was simply a matter of going to the “General Options” page of my Dashboard
   and adding the “index.php” extension to the URL address listed…as in “[http://yoursite.com/subsegment/index.php&#8221](http://yoursite.com/subsegment/index.php&#8221);.
   I had omitted it when I originally did the set up.
 * For the record, Jason, the version of Plesk I’m using is Ver. 7.5.4; which came
   with my LaughingSquid.net hosting package. I’m not sure if I can update it without
   their approval.
 * I believe that my WP version is the latest 2.0.4, so unless there might be a 
   db or an upgrade issue, I wouldn’t be in a position to help solve your issue.

 * I happen to be a newbie too, and I have a question:
 * Exactly what values should I put in the “Insert Images Defaults” section?
 * Some have said that they can be left blank, but when I do that the plugin still
   won’t work.
 * Also…the icon for the button seems not to work, either.
 * Any suggestions?
