 * Thanks Jose, I wasn’t aware of that post. But after rereading it I am still looking
   for a definitive answer on each of those processes.
 * 1. If I upload the theme to the WordPress Theme Directory does that mean it is
   public to anyone?
 * 2. Is git the only other way to push updates to themes if not using WordPress
   directory?
