 * I’ve activated the theme quickly to see if an active theme would still give me
   the same table problems and it does so it’s not a preview error.
 * Not sure how to make it active without making my users mad. Can I give you a 
   temp. login via email or something?

 * Basically to fix the issue I downloaded and installed Easy SMTP Mail for wordpress
   and used my gmail SMTP info for the sending and it worked.
 * Messica, thanks for the suggestion on the email template addon!
